Job Description

Opportunity:

Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

  • Provide medical oncology and hematology physician services for outpatient clinic coverage

  • Work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Coverage period from January 19, 2026 to July 31, 2026

  • Handle clinic call responsibilities as needed

  • See an average of 15-20 outpatient clinic patients per day

  • Provide hematology and oncology outpatient care

  • Participate in tumor board meetings

  • Work with support staff including oncology RNs, medical assistants, social worker, dietitian, and nurse navigator

  • Utilize Cerner EMR system

  • Access to onsite infusion center and CBC services

  • Must be board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology

  • Active Michigan license required

  • BLS/ACLS certification required

  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred

The facility features an onsite infusion center and provides complete CBC services, supported by a dedicated team of oncology nurses, medical assistants, social workers, dietitians, and nurse navigators to ensure comprehensive patient care.
