Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

  • Locum-to-permanent opportunity with ongoing coverage

  • 100% adult patient population

  • 95% outpatient clinic work; 5% inpatient hospital coverage

  • 70% oncology cases; 30% hematology cases

  • EPIC electronic medical record system

  • Average patient census of 22 per day with 2-3 new consultations

  • On-call coverage 2 nights per week from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • Weekend coverage every other weekend from Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 8:00 AM

  • Board certification required

  • Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required

  • BLS and ACLS certification required

  • Experience with outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology required

  • Intrathecal chemotherapy experience required

  • Intracavitary chemotherapy experience highly preferred
