DO;MD - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
Perform wide range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for inpatient and outpatient services
Conduct CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies including lung, thyroid, renal, liver, bone, lymph node, and bone marrow
Manage drain placements and exchanges including abscess drains and chest tubes
Perform biliary, GI, and GU procedures
Provide vascular procedures and access including hemodialysis access procedures
Handle oncology-related interventional procedures
Collaborate with referring physicians, hospital teams, and procedural staff
Interpret advanced imaging studies including CTA, MRA, and complex cross-sectional imaging for procedural planning
Support general diagnostic radiology reads as part of regular responsibilities
Participate in call coverage including urgent and emergent IR cases
Must have active Illinois license required
Clean background check required
