Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
Provide long-term urology coverage with Monday through Friday clinic and OR shifts
Typical schedule consists of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No call coverage required
Work 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation schedule
Utilize dedicated clinic space and onsite Da Vinci Xi Robot
See approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Require MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA
Must have completed ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship in Urology
Need at least 50 urological procedures within past 12 months or recent residency completion
Required skills include general urology, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, and fertility work-up
Preferred skills include pediatric urology, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, and incontinence procedures
ACLS certification required
