Job Description

Opportunity:

Physician - Anesthesiology

Job Details:

  • General anesthesiologist position with focus on regional anesthesia

  • Monday through Friday coverage with 10-hour shifts acceptable

  • Minimum 3 weeks per month commitment required for 2 candidates

  • Primary role supervising CRNAs with occasional solo work

  • No cardiac cases or pediatric requirements (premies or neonates)

  • Call coverage is negotiable but not required, home-based if applicable

  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory

  • Must be board certified anesthesiologist

  • Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS

  • Expected to perform various surgical procedures including complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head and spine, neurological, obstetrical, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases

  • Skills in general anesthesia, spinal/epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, pain management techniques, and line placement procedures preferred
