Opportunity:
Physician - Cardiology
Job Details:
Provide general cardiology coverage including clinic, procedures, and call shifts
Shift hours are 7:30 AM 4:00 PM for clinic days, with additional night call (5:00 PM 7:00 AM) and 24-hour call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM) shifts included
Schedule includes approximately 1-2 nights of call per week and 1:4/5 weekend call rotation
Full-time coverage needed with approximately 17-18 patients per day
Adult patient population
Clinic has 1 full-time physician; APP support available with Interventional if doing General Cardiology
In lab 3 days per week
Special procedures include nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitors
CT reads skill preferred
EMR: EPIC
Hospital bed size: 150 beds
Must be nuclear boarded and echo boarded; CT boarded is a plus
Board certification or board eligibility in Cardiology required
Active PA license or IMLC required
DEA required
Minimum 1 year of experience required
