APP - Cardiology


Job Details:

  • Locums coverage for maternity leave from November through January

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Inpatient rounding and heart failure management

  • Heart Failure Certification required

  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

  • Must hold active Utah license and Utah DEA

  • Practice EMR is EPIC

  • 1 position available
