Physician - Emergency Medicine


Job Details:

  • Full-time emergency medicine position with a rotational schedule including morning, mid, and night 12-hour shifts

  • No call required

  • Work alongside 1-2 emergency medicine physicians plus APPs per shift

  • Support staff includes nurses and technicians

  • Standard emergency department procedures required

  • Average patient census of 108 per day

  • Daily billable encounters average 113 with approximately 17 daily admissions

  • Accredited chest pain center and stroke center; not a trauma center; average acuity cases

  • Standard emergency medicine visits make up the most common cases

  • Must be ABEM board certified

  • New graduates will be considered

  • Clean file required for emergency privileges consideration

    This facility is a 159-bed acute care hospital serving a patient population of over 61,000. The hospital is an accredited chest pain center and stroke center, providing quality emergency care at average acuity levels. The emergency department sees approximately 3,942 annual admissions and is supported by a dedicated team of nurses and technicians working alongside physicians and APPs.
