Physician - Emergency Medicine


Job Details:

  • Emergency Medicine specialty position requiring ABEM board certification

  • Duration of need is 3 to 6 months

  • New graduates will be considered for this position

  • 12-hour shifts with both AM and PM coverage needed

  • Single coverage staffing model with standard emergency room support staff

  • Emergency department consists of 18 bays with a patient volume of 1.5 to 2 patients per hour

  • Patient mix is predominantly adult

  • No trauma center designation

  • ED admission rate is approximately 20%

  • Two shadow days required for orientation with Meditech EMR system training

  • 2 open positions available
