Physician - Emergency Medicine


Job Details:

  • Emergency Medicine physician coverage on a locum tenens basis

  • Shift times available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

  • Weekend availability required

  • Expected patient encounters of 20-24 patients per shift

  • Department consists of 26 beds

  • Board certification or board eligibility required

  • Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS - all must be through AHA or ARC and maintained

  • 24-hour availability of support services including anesthesia, catheterization lab, general surgery, laboratory, OR, orthopedic surgery, radiology, and vascular surgery

  • Facility has a Labor & Delivery department on site

  • Provider must be located 90 or more miles from the facility
