Opportunity:

Physician - Pediatrics - Endocrinology Locums - Anchorage

Job Details:

  • Full-time coverage position with split schedule between clinic and virtual call coverage

  • Two weeks per month of in-person clinic work (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with night call during weekdays and 24-hour weekend call coverage

  • Two weeks per month of virtual call coverage (24 hours a day, not onsite)

  • Long-term, ongoing position requiring both in-person work and virtual call coverage for continuity of care

  • Approximately 15 patient encounters per shift

  • Overtime available after 40 clinical hours per week

  • Board certification required with minimum certification level

  • Fellowship training preferred (2 years)

  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

  • 90-day estimated credentialing timeframe

  • Candidates who can obtain temporary Alaska state license while full licensure is in process will be considered
