Opportunity:

Physician - Hematology/Oncology

Job Details:

• Full-time position, 4 days per week acceptable


• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM


• Weeknight and weekend call required at a 1:2 ratio


• Community-based general oncology and hematology practice located within the hospital


• Hospital inpatient consults required as needed


• Treating adult patients only (ages 18 and older)


• Approximately 10 patients per day with expected growth


• Case mix: 40% Hematology and 60% Oncology


• Support staff includes front office personnel, RN, MA, Navigator, and additional support personnel


• EMR system: EPIC


• 131-bed hospital facility


• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Oncology required


• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required to present


• DEA required

The new Medical Oncology and Hematology practice operates within the hospital, offering a collaborative and growing setting for providers to deliver high-quality cancer and blood disorder care to the local community.
