Opportunity:
Physician - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
Seeking 1 experienced Hematology/Oncology Board Certified Physician to support 3 days per week for 9-12 months
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3 days per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient clinic and hospital outpatient only - no inpatient admissions
Provide direct hospital-based outpatient care and serve as chemotherapy program director/provider
See approximately 15-18 patients per day with 1-3 consults per week
Required to perform bone marrow biopsies
Support staff includes a HemOc trained ARNP and nurses
EMR systems: ECW (eClinicalWorks) and Meditech
Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years with residency completion) required
Board Certified in Hematology highly preferred
Active Oregon license highly preferred; IMLC and non-licensed candidates accepted but must obtain OR license during credentialing
Residency/Fellowship completion required
BLS and DEA certifications required
Clean background and malpractice history highly preferred
