Job Description

Opportunity:

Physician - Radiology - Interventional


Job Details:

  • Provide locum coverage for Interventional Radiology services to maintain Level II trauma status

  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • No on-call responsibilities

  • Broad-based IR practice including spine procedures such as pain management injections and vertebral augmentation

  • Port and central line placements

  • Solid organ biopsies and drainages

  • Oncology interventions and image-guided therapies

  • Kyphoplasty and breast biopsies

  • Collaborative team environment with dedicated technologist and nursing support

  • PA support available for barium work, lumbar punctures, paracentesis, and thoracentesis

  • EMR system: EPIC

  • Board certification required

  • Nebraska license highly preferred or IMLC required

    This facility is a Level II Trauma Center operating a 175-bed hospital, including a psychiatric hospital, serving the surrounding region with comprehensive medical services. The facility is equipped with a collaborative and supportive care environment, offering advanced interventional radiology services as a key component of its trauma and acute care capabilities.
