Opportunity:
DO;MD - Interventional Radiology Coverage Need
Job Details:
Perform wide range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for both inpatient and outpatient services
CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies including lung, thyroid, renal, liver, bone, lymph node, and bone marrow procedures
Drain placements and management including abscess drains, chest tubes, and drain exchanges
Perform biliary, GI, and GU procedures
Conduct vascular procedures and access including hemodialysis access procedures
Handle oncology-related interventional procedures
Work closely with referring physicians, hospital teams, and procedural staff
Interpret advanced imaging studies including CTA, MRA, and complex cross-sectional imaging for procedural planning and follow-up
Support general diagnostic radiology reads as part of regular responsibilities
Participate in call coverage including management of urgent and emergent IR cases
Must have active Illinois license
Cross-credentialed at additional medical center location
