Job Details:
Experienced providers sought with Pediatric Board Certification highly preferred
Fixed clinic schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Call coverage required for approximately 10 days per month, predominantly newborn care, on a rotating call schedule with a local provider
Coverage schedule includes a combination of Clinic Only, Clinic with Call, and Call Only on weekends
Clinic resources include CLIA Waived testing in office, front office staff, dedicated medical assistant, dedicated office manager, higher level lab and X-ray at hospital, and a full-time local in-office pediatrician
Pediatric inpatient care required, including Nursery Level I and attending C-sections/high risk cases
Non-invasive ventilation management (BiPAP/CPAP) required
Intubation of newborns required
Ventilation management for newborns required, both acute and chronic
Circumcision required
PALS certification required
Facility is a Level 3 Trauma Center with Level 1 Pediatrics designation
24-hour availability of support services including Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, Radiology, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Catheterization Lab, Vascular Surgery, and OR ResponseFacility:
