Physician - Radiology


Job Details:

  • General Radiologist position combining moderate interventional radiology and diagnostic reading

  • On-site schedule, 5 days per week, weekdays only from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • No call and no weekend requirements

  • Ongoing contract length

  • Fellowship training in interventional radiology preferred but not required

  • Procedures performed include CT and ultrasound guided biopsies (excluding mammography)

  • Drain placement including renal, biliary, gastric, gallbladder, and abscess drainage in Cath lab and CT, including biliary stents

  • Thoracentesis and paracentesis procedures

  • Dialysis procedures performed in Cath lab

  • Occasional peripheral and pulmonary venous thrombosis cases

  • Rare embolization procedures including GI and other bleeding cases

  • Willing to consider candidates actively pursuing licensure

    This non-profit 268-bed hospital serves as a Level III Trauma Center, providing a comprehensive range of medical services to the surrounding community. The facility supports a collaborative and well-equipped radiology department offering both interventional and diagnostic imaging services, with access to a Cath lab and CT suite to support a variety of procedures.
