Physician - Urology
Job Details:
Provide urology coverage including clinic shifts and 24-hour call
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
24-hour call coverage also required per schedule
Patient population is adults 18 and older, with the exception of emergency torsion cases presenting during call
Typical clinic day includes cystoscopy and stent procedures mixed with office visits, averaging 24-28 patients per day
EMR system used is EPIC
Practice setting includes both clinic and hospital environments
Robotic surgery experience required
Supervision of new Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) required
Support staff includes 4 Medical Assistants, 1 CSA, and 1 RN
Office equipment available includes cystoscope, towers, and injections
Core procedures include: Vasectomy, Cystoscopy (in OR), Prostate procedures, Ureteroscopy (in OR), Lithotripsy, Orchiopexy, Penile plication, and Penile implants (rare)
Scope procedures welcomed if part of the provider's practice, but not required
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology required
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
DEA registration required
Minimum of 1 year of experience required

The facility features 16 operating rooms across two surgical locations and supports advanced urological procedures including robotic surgery. The department is supported by a dedicated clinical team and modern equipment to ensure high-quality patient care.
