Job Details:
PRIMARY CARE position requiring experience in both primary care and urgent care settings
Work as the sole provider in the center seeing up to 40 patients per day (average 20)
Treat both adult and pediatric patients ages 6 months and up
Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation
Must be proficient with EPIC electronic medical records system
Must have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with support staff and patients
Board certification required (NCCPA for PAs, appropriate NP boards)
Minimum 12 months of experience required - new graduates not accepted
BLS certification required
No call requirements
Supervising physician provided for APPs (offsite)
Clinical interview required followed by EMR training and onboarding
Support staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistant, and Patient Service Associate
Provider may need to support locations within a 65-mile radius
